Who we are

What we collect
When you submit an inquiry we store the name, email address, company, country, telephone number (if provided), the instrument or application you mention and the message you write. We also store the page you submitted from and a hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, to prepare a quotation and to keep a record of the commercial conversation. We do not sell your details.
We process this data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and in preventing abuse of the contact form.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and the resulting commercial relationship, then deleted or anonymised according to our retention schedule.
Who can see it
Our sales and application staff, and — where the inquiry concerns your territory — the authorised distributor responsible for that market.
Where your data is stored
Inquiry records are stored on servers located in China. Where the law that applies to you requires safeguards for transfers of personal data outside your region, we put appropriate contractual protections in place before any transfer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
